Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of `portal.martintech.com` and related MartinTech client workspace services.
Effective date: June 2, 2026
Use of the Portal
The portal is intended for authorized MartinTech clients, partners, and invited users. You may use it only for legitimate business purposes related to your relationship with MartinTech.
Accounts and Access
Access is invite-only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring through your account. MartinTech may suspend or revoke access at any time to protect the portal, its users, or client data.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the portal, interfere with operations, or bypass security controls.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or harmful content.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to other workspaces, systems, or data.
- Do not use the portal in a way that could damage MartinTech or other users.
Client Content
You retain rights to content you or your organization submit to the portal, subject to any separate services agreement. You grant MartinTech the rights necessary to host, process, display, and use that content in order to provide services and operate the portal.
Intellectual Property
MartinTech retains all rights in the portal software, design, workflows, and related materials except where a written agreement says otherwise. These Terms do not transfer ownership of MartinTech intellectual property.
Availability and Changes
The portal may change over time and may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, upgrades, security responses, or reasons beyond MartinTech's control. MartinTech does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Disclaimers
Except as provided in a separate written agreement, the portal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MartinTech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to portal use. Any direct liability will be limited as set forth in the applicable services agreement, if any.
Termination
MartinTech may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security concerns, non-payment under an applicable agreement, or at the end of the relevant client relationship.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the portal after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
